We will use your first name unless you prefer otherwise. Feel free to use ours.

Please respect our spaces and your fellow guests. Limit use of cameras and social media and avoid video and voice calls in the public spaces.

Guests must be 21 or older to check in, and 16 or older to stay.

There is no age restriction in The Otter.

Dogs (under 30 pounds) are always welcome.

Our rooms do not have TVs - for a reason. Should you need to watch something, please let the front desk know.

You may invite outside guests to join you in the Apartment or Rooftop (more than two subject to availability). Please provide names to the front desk in advance.

The Apartment is a space to dress as comfortably as you would at home (robes are welcome). There is no dress code at The Otter or The Rooftop. In Sloane's, we ask that you to dress for a beautiful room.

There is no need check out. We'll send your folio and look forward to your next visit.

Above all, make yourself at home and do not hesitate to ask us for anything.

Check-in begins at 3 p.m. and check-out is 12 p.m.
